Management and Corp Members serving in Borno State have come out Enmass to sanitize the popular Post office area of Maiduguri today Saturday 5th October.
The exercise is geared towards complementing Government’s effort in cleaning the state in the aftermath of Flood deserter.
The areas cleaned are Bolori Roundabout, Maidoki Roundabout, Shehuri Roundabout, State Secretariat and Monday Market areas.
Speaking to TV Platinum, the Borno State NYSC Coordinator Comarade Mohammed Adamu Jiya explained reasons for the exercise
He said
“This is our state and we must do everything possible to ensure the state is clean. The flood have damage a lot of things in the state and have brought many dirties, therefore, the Management deems it fit to mobilised all Corp Members serving in the State to clean up the popular Post Office area”
” The Government at this point cannot do it alone haven’t known the terrible Flood that Engulfed almost all part of the State Capital. We shall always do our best to ensure we Complement Government effort at all times”.
