During the event, which marked the commissioning of several projects under the Special Intervention Civil Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Project, Gen. Yahaya reassured President Tinubu that the Nigerian Army would consistently uphold professionalism in fulfilling its duties. This commitment aims to support the Commander-in-Chief’s vision of constructing a safe and secure Nigeria, fostering an environment conducive to economic growth and social activities.

Additionally, the school received 100 classroom chairs and 2000 copies of exercise books. Gen. Yahaya took the opportunity to address the audience, urging the school management and students to effectively utilize and maintain the newly provided facilities to enhance the quality of education in the institution.
Gen. Yahaya highlighted that the CIMIC Project is part of the Nigerian Army’s corporate social responsibility, initiated under his leadership. It aims to provide support to communities where serving Nigerian Army senior officers, who have demonstrated dedication and commitment to the nation, have risen to the esteemed rank of Major General.
“The collaborative efforts between the Nigerian Army and these communities have significantly contributed to our ongoing endeavors to address the diverse security challenges facing our nation, particularly through non-kinetic approaches,” stated the COAS.
Furthermore, Gen. Yahaya acknowledged the execution of the CIMIC project at GDSS Malumfashi by Major General Sani Gambo Mohammed, the Chief of Training (Army), who hails from the illustrious Malumfashi Community.
