During the swearing-in ceremony of 45 recently appointed Ministers of the Federal Republic, President Bola Tinubu emphasized the importance of prioritizing the welfare and interests of the entire nation and its diverse populace over any regional or state-specific concerns.

Addressing the gathering at the State House Conference Centre, the President highlighted the significant responsibility these ministers now hold in shaping policies that will profoundly impact the lives of millions of Nigerians.

President Tinubu further encouraged the ministers to serve the citizens of Nigeria with unwavering integrity and dignity, while staying committed to his renewed hope agenda aimed at revitalizing the nation’s economy and ensuring the well-being, security, and prosperity of the people.

Emphasizing mutual accountability and the necessity to meet the collective expectations of all Nigerians, he reiterated that the selection of these newly appointed ministers was based on their exceptional track records in both public and private sectors, showcasing their effective representation of Nigeria’s rich diversity.

The newly appointed ministers, reminded of the weight of their responsibility, pledged to serve with competence and dedication in order to realize the administration’s Renewed Hope manifesto.

President Tinubu administered the oath of office to the new ministers in nine groups, promising an accelerated effort in governance to propel the nation forward and fulfill the administration’s highest aspirations for the Nigerian populace.
