Mrs. Mariya Abiodun Lagbaja, the President, Nigerian Army Officer’s Wives Association (NAOWA), has reaffirmed her commitment to ensuring the provision of high-quality education across all NAOWA Group schools nationwide.
During the 18th Speech and Prize Giving Day of NAOWA Model Nursery and Primary School in Abuja, Mrs. Lagbaja expressed her determination to uphold educational excellence.
Represented by Mrs. Favour Ekpenyong, a member of the NAOWA Education Committee, the President assured of NAOWA’s dedication to providing top-notch education.
Mr. Olorunshola Abraham, the Head Teacher of NAOWA Model Nursery and Primary School, extended his gratitude to NAOWA and its leadership, as well as the parents, for their unwavering support and sacrifices.
In an inspiring appeal, the Head Boy and Head Girl of the school encouraged their fellow pupils to become exemplary ambassadors of the nation through hard work and consistency. They expressed gratitude to the NAOWA President, their parents, and teachers for their guidance and encouragement.
The event showcased academic, social, and moral presentations, providing an insight into the well-rounded education the school offers to foster a balanced life.
A total of 84 pupils graduated from the school, with 12 of them from Primary 6 advancing to secondary school, and 72 from Nursery 2 progressing to Basic 1. The Outstanding Pupils and the overall best pupil were recognized and awarded deserving prizes for their exceptional achievements.
