The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has forecasted thunderstorms and rainfall across various parts of the country from Saturday to Monday. In a weather outlook issued on Friday in Abuja, NiMet predicted early morning thunderstorms on Saturday in northern states including Taraba, Kebbi, Zamfara, Kaduna, and Adamawa. Later that day, it expects thunderstorms and rain to spread to Kebbi, Taraba, Zamfara, Borno, Kaduna, Sokoto, Gombe, and Bauchi.
